Low Carb Made Easy!
I have to say that when I heard of the low carb diet craze I was a bit skeptical. I mean when I heard about all the things you could eat I sort of lost sight of how it would feel having those things I couldn't eat out of my diet.
The way I did it was to eat a lot of the things I loved that were low carb, and ditch the stuff I loved that had tons of carbs. My own personal low carb diet worked great from a weight loss standpoint. I lost a pretty good amount of weight but the carb cravings did get to me after a short while.
I would sit and watch TV, or lay in bed craving the high carb foods that I missed so dearly. Mashed potatoes, bread, and mostly pasta were the foods I craved the most. Not being able to have spaghetti and Asian noodles really got to me. It was difficult but after some weeks, the cravings subsided a bit. I did still crave those high carb foods, just not a much.
