No Carb Shirataki Noodles

So, these Shirataki noodles are made of a soluble fiber found in an Asian root vegetable. They have almost zero carbs, calories and fat. You just rinse them and heat them up in any type of dish that requires noodles. I don't recommend eating them plain because they really have no flavor. They do however take in the flavor of whatever sauce you cook them in.

I started out just putting them in place of other noodles in recipes I had that called for noodles. Let me tell you, they taste so good, that I now eat them a few times a week. It is amazing how many of your favorite meals can become healthy just by this one simple switch. And, it isn't just Asian dishes. Noodle soup, spaghetti and meat sauce, the possibilities are endless.

If you are like me and you work out hard and are always looking for healthy meals to try, you have to try Shirataki noodles. Once you try them, you will be hooked!
