Easy Italian Wedding Soup With Shirataki Noodles
Quick and easy low carb noodle soup.
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
1 cup water.
1/4 tsp garlic salt.
1/4 tsp dried onion flakes.
1 tbsp Italian seasoning blend.
1 cup Shirataki Noodles
1 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce.
2 (14 ounce) cans of chicken broth.
2 cups of spinach (frozen).
20 frozen tiny meatballs, pre-cooked.
Directions:
Rinse Shirataki Noodles in warm water for two minutes and set aside.
In a large saucepan heat the water and chicken broth and bring to a rolling boil.
Add in the Shirataki Noodles, meatballs, Italian seasoning, tomato sauce and onion flakes. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add in the spinach, garlic salt, simmering 8-10 mins.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
