Shirataki Noodle Recipe: Shirataki Tofu Noodles with Stir-Fry Vegetables.
Shirataki tofu noodles with stir-fried vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots - Easy to make, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
8 oz tofu shirataki noodles
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
1 cup bamboo shoots
Assorted stir-fried vegetables
Directions:
1. Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in wok and preheat the wok over medium heat.
2. Prepare the Shirataki noodles. Follow the package directions.
3. Add the assorted stir-fried vegetables and noodles to wok. Stir fry until the mixture is fully heated but make sure the vegetables are still crispy.
4. Add shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Heat through.
